I just open an account how do I get a statement in order to make payments on my account

I do not receive a statment so it's hard to remember making a monthly payment. Do not have account number. All I need is a address to get caught up on payments.

I sent out all of my revocation letters and withdrawl of wage assignment at the end of May. Things have been pretty quite since then, except for Western Sky/ Cash Call. I recieved another love letter from them yesterday stateing that they would tack on the two payments I am behind to the end of the loan if I signed a modification agreement with them. Funny thing is I had to have it back to them by the 13th of July. Yesterday was the 14th and it was mailed, per the post mark on the 10th. I have already paid them 2400.00 on a 2600.00 loan and they say I still owe them alittle over 2500.00.

I have 8 payday loans. I got one to catch up one bill, then I got behind on another bill and it mushroomed. I need help fast. I am almost a month behind on all of the loans. One company agreed to take my payment late, plus a late fee. I cannot do this with every loan, it would leave me without money for anything else (food, electric, rent...) I am open to all suggestions

I have finished paying my debt and waiting for you guys to clear my name from the debt collectors lists

Can you have an account that has been "transferred to another office" removed from you credit report? There is no contact information, shows no balance, no amout due.

I have a charge to dispute that has been charged and recharged to my account and was never delivered. Wfn will not erase it. What do i do?

Had a credit card charged off 6 years ago. Collection agency sent me a letter, I hit them with a DV letter. Yesterday I got the validation in the mail. The statements they sent me confirmed that my last payment was in June of 2006. It's nice when a collection agency validates and at the same time, proves that the SOL is expired (I live in Ohio where it's 6 years and my lawyer has already confirmed to me that yes the SOL has expired) WHOOOOOOPS!

Earlier I posted my story about Harvest Credit Management (but had to delete it on advice from my lawyer) trying to collect a debt they had promised in writing never to collect or sell it again. Plus RPM and Nationwide collection agencies were being naughty. My lawyer sued them all for a total of $30,000 for FDCPA and Harvest for breach of contract. Of course we were willing to settle for much less then that but wanted to have some fun since collection agencies always like to over-inflate amounts. WELL, after some settlement negotiations we settled with all 3 parties.

anyone know the proper mailing address to notify allied collection services of a bankruptcy filling.
