How is the easiest way to handle all debts owed without drowning and filing for bankrupcy?

Can I consolidate payday loans without turning them over to a collection agency? I don't have any defaults, but I'm not making any progress, just paying about $600 a month in interest.

I have called FL Atty. General Office and had to leave a message on voice mail. Does anyone know how long it will take to receive a call back or would it be best to call again. thank you for your help

Here is our story. My wife is originally from Sweden earlier this year we were married and she moved to Florida. In 1996-1997 she was an exchange student in California and while there she used the Ballys Gym facilities under what she was told was a student rate for which she was paying on a monthly basis.

I have also received these calls from Mr. Price and I believe Mr. Wakefield. I am not sure on that last name because by the time I hung up I was so distraught I thought I would completely lose control. I also had to leave my place of employment and had to borrow monies to pay via money wire before 3:00 on..I received the calls probably about 1 1/2 hours to that time. If I didn't, then I also would have been "hauled" off to jail...That a warrant for my arrest had already been issued.
