If your debt/income ratio is turned around, what are some ways to fix this situation?

want to pay of my debt but my interest rates are through the roof. My minimum does not cover the interest. Can companies keep charging such high interest rates

I just pulled my credit report from Experian and I have 3 Collections Unlimited "accounts" They all appear to have the same Acct number "224XXX" and show as "CO" on the last month listed but have no balance due or any other data listed in the header or any other payment history. Does this make since??

I keep getting calls from Allied Interstate.They are very hateful when they leave there messages!and they just keep a calling!So what would you suggest that I do? I have not returned any of there phone calls yet though!can you help me?

I have 4 payday loans - amounting to $2500 - I have allowed my other payments to go to the wayside trying to keep the payday loan interest payments. The threatened me that if the amount of $230 wasn't received by 5 pm Sunday that an affidavit would be rendered for theft and fraud and I would be arrested and have papers served. What should I do? i really am in desperate need for some help in getting my pay day loans paid. i have gotten myself into debt and can seems to get out...please help.

I received 2 phones within 5 mins of each other from a Ms. Hawthorne from Ellis Crosby and she told me affidavits would be filed today at 3 pm if I didn't pay the $230.00. She said they would be filed in my county and I would go to jail for fraud. I tried to tell her I couldn't make the payment today and she said too bad see you in jail. What should I do?
