What I desperately need is a consolidation loan that includes all my debt, not just credit cards. Credit cards are not my problem. My problem is high car payment and medical bills. Is there such a loan that would combine car payment, mortgage, credit cards, and medical bills in one loan so that I only make one payment? To me, that would be Heaven!!!!

I wish that I would have read up on this site before I sent the money to primetime lending. It was a scam. I sent them 500 and there was no money in my account this morning. Everyone please don't get fooled by this company.

I was contacted by asset acceptance llc about a old phone bill that wasn't mine. The last four digits of SS# doesn't match mine. Do I need to respond to this request for payment or just ignore. They want me to prove I'm not the person they are looking for, shouldn't they have to be offering the proof? My credit score is very good and I don't want it to get messed up. Thanks for the help!

we are current on all our credit cards but cannot seem to make head way at 29 % I also have about 5 medical bill on my credit in collection. I would like to think about owning a small home someday. I rent. Can I consolidate the medical bills only ?

I contacted Asset Acceptance recently regarding an old SBC bill from 2003 as I saw a file on my credit report. SBC mixed up the address when I closed down the account, as a result, I never recieved my final bill. AACC contacted me regarding the outstanding balance of $285. I called them first to change my address as I was moving and to obtain verification of the the bill. They claim it would take upwards of a year to obtain proof. When they proceeded to change my address, I gave them some bad information by accident as I was moving in a week and did not know my new address by heart.

Hi, On 8-15-05 at about 2 o'clock in the afternoon I received a phone call from a Steven Price that claimed to be an investigator. He told me that this conversation was being recorded. He stated that I took a $200.00 loan out with ecashnow. Then he told me that if I did not pay $605.00 by 4 o'clock my time that the law enforcement will then come and detain me. So he stated that I needed to get a lawyer. Yes I did take out an loan for the amount of $200.00, but they are trying to get $605.00 from me. He pull up a criminal report to see if I criminal recorded and I do not.

I make about 1,600 a month and my total payments of debts is way over that. I can't even pay regular bills like electric, phone etc.. I don't know how this got out of control. I have about 5 loans out and the rest is 2 credit cards, medical. I am at a lost of what to do. Even with a second job it just don't cut it with the rising of gas and everything else. Can't even afford food anymore and have 3 kids to feed. I need help so bad it is unreal and don't know where to turn without losing everthing.
