I had just bought a 2007 Chevy Cobalt about 2 weeks ago. I put 2500 down and financed the rest. Payment were not due until august 2nd 2012. Today at 2 am i had to guy claiming to be repossers with badgeds that i could not verify. I asked them who they were and why they were here they said. I declined by the credit agency. Well if so why was i allowed off the lot with the vehicle after already having them as a lein holder with payments negotiated to a T.

Why did LERS LLC check my credit? I've never heard of them. This coincided with a credit app, but the bank checked itself. Why both? I'm 1 1/2 years past Chp 7 discharge. Why is a collection agency checking my credit? They can't legally collect.

My son incurred debt on credit cards and overdrawn bank charges several years ago. This would have been in 2004. What is the SOL for NH? Also, if they keep switching collectors does the statute start from a new begging?

On 3 different occasions I sent RAB Inc Bank Checks via snail mail. Each time they have claimed not to have recieved them. Each time they have not made an effort to look for it. The first time I put a $25.00 stop to the bank check. The second time I just blew it off and sent them double the amount and figured its not worth the 91 day wait and hassle. This 3rd time is suspicious to me. I will be going to my bank to get documentation of these checks being lost.

Omg! I had the biggest scare of my life. I just experienced hell. I got a threaten call today about a pay day loan that I took out, but didn't get to pay it back because my account got closed and haven't receieved notices because I had moved. I changed my address in still didn't get anything. So here is the story of my day. Recevied a call from this radom man the number wasn't even a 1800 or 1888 number it was a 202 number which is kind of radom the gentlemen did not state his name are buisness . He had access to all my information scary just started a new job he new all that.

I have many pay day installment loans out and am way out of my league. I want to.settle with them, but don't know where to start, and am afraid of the repercussions if I try. They really have me stuck between a rock and a hard place. Please help...

I had a internet payday loan that they are calling an installment loan for $1250.00 on 11-15-2007 through Check n Go it is my understanding that this violates Indiana law in reguards to the total amount that can be loaned in this state and they are trying to serve me papers to this effect. I am wondering what if any options I have in reguards to this matter thank you.

i am in over my head-not as bad as one would think but roughly 1500 dollars in "debt" i feel im getting nowhere because im never getting ahead. what steps would i need to take to rid this debt as singles but grouped as one and how would it work then paying back and what have you
