Can I consolidate medical bills as well

I am going through a divorce which will be final Sept 30th. We are trying to work everything out on our own. He is taking the majority of the debt including the house which has very little equity. I just want out and want to walk away from it as best I can. I've taken the 2004 Silverado 2500HD truck which is in my name and the 28ft camper in which I having been living in since March. I am upside down $4000 on the camper and $21,000 upside down per the dealership on the truck.

Can a debt collector take your home or force you to take out a mortage if you owe on a credit card debt. And can they call more than one time a day if you do not answer the phone?

Ok, can someone tell me why their name is no longer on the Ethics Expulsion website anymore, they have completely taken it off... and also under the Bud Hibbs website, where he writes agencies to avoid, they were a big one on their, and now they are no longer on there? what is up? Also the ACA says they are only suspended frome their organization...so can they still make these calls?? I'm afraid not to pay them, but I'm afraid if I do then my payment won't get posted to my account. are they or are tey not a collection agency.

I signed up for debt consolidation. I am confident it will be our salvation in the world of finance. BUT I am worried to death about what will happen in the mean time. In order to come up with the required monies, I didn't pay many of our creditors this month. We are starting to get calls and we are really stressed. How long will this go on? When will the dust settle and everything be sunshine and roses? What can we do in the meantime to stop the calls at home and work?

How does the system work, and how soon before i could get started?
