Is there a way to see what my account is on the internet here?

I sent a debt validation letter to a creditor return receipt requested. They did not respond. Now 60 days later they sent a letter to me stating that i owe this debt and if I do not request validation within 30 days they will assume that this debt is valid. Since they did not respond to my request within thirty days should i inform them they are in violation and that I do not have to pay the debt because they did not respond in 30 days so I am assuming that the debt is not valid.

I took out a payday loan. I made 2 payments on it and this last one didn't go through. I got a call today from Ellis Crosby and they threatened to charge me with writing a bad check and bank fraud. They said they were having the charges drawn up at the end of today, that I would probably spend the weekend in jail. They said I owed $1000.00 (the loan was $300). If I didn't paytoday they were going to have me arrested. I only had $100.00 to send them - so I moneygramed it. I have a receipt. They are supposed to call me on Monday. What do I say to them?

I was pulled into my boss' office today telling me that he received a call from a gentleman claiming that he had a warrant out for my arrest for a possible fraud. I called the gentleman back and he informed me that it was for a $300 payday loan that is now totalling $2000 and if I didn't pay it I would be put in jail. Do they have a right to call my Manager and tell him that I "possibly" have a fraud warrant out for my arrest and tell him that I have 2 hours to call or I will be served?

I have fallen behind on my bills and these payday loans are overwelming me. I think I make enough money, how do I get out of this rut... Aaron

Hi: Asset Acceptance collection Agency has sent a notoce of Artbitartion for a debt collection for someone whose name is similar to mine but has differnet social security number. Also my credit file has all the accounts of the other person who is being sued. I have cleaned my credit histoty but since then I,m reciveing all the collection agencies call for this person. I need your help thanks

I want to know what i will have to do and how much it is going to cost to do this.
