I am a 23 year old on the verge of a divorce, but we want to get our debt and credit repaired b-4 we file? where do I start, what do I do if I dont have all of the statements and bills.
Anyone know anything about this company cs-america(dot)com/..good or bad? Also I heard from the places that settle your debt the remaining debt that wasn't paid can be counted as income for that year. Let me explain
14000 on a credit card, they settle for 40 cents on the dollar so you only owe 5600, the remaining amount can be considered income. Is that true?
I was considering going with this Company. Does this site do the same thing? Thanks
I currently have about 8,000.00 in credit card debt, a time-share balance of 5,800.00 that I'd like off my plate! It was suggested that I include my car note (uncertain about that)but this debt consolidation deal...Is it a bad thing on your report later? What are the negatives to doing so?
I have several credit cards that have high interest rates and I'm able to pay the premiums but make no headway on the balance. I'm considering a consolidation loan, but I don't want a loan that is mortgage-based. Can I get a consolidation loan that is not mortgaged-based?
My father passed away in Oct. He had purchased a 2002 blazer and a new motorcyle for me. Unfortunately, they were not paid off. His widow decided not to pay them off. The bank served me a summons to court and charged that I did not fullfill my obligation to repay the loans. I never signed any loan papers. My father signed them. I was not a cosigner---the only connection is that there was a transfer on death title for the blazer. The bank says I am responsible for the amount that they do not receive from the sell and that I must sign a paper verifying that they can sell the vehicles.
