I have gotten myself in a big mess with payday loans. I am embarrassed to see how much I have borrowed from these companies. I make very good money and have nothing to show for it.

Hi Does consolidating the payday loans affect your credit report?

I was contacted by a company claiming to be U.R.G. they will not tell me what their initals stand for and will not tell me where they are located. I cannot file a bbb complaint due to not knowing who they are their phone number is 888-556-3926 they give you a "case" number and stated all of my precious belongings and property is going t be levyed and theyy will take eveything I own they also called family and told them they were going to come by their home and serve me!

Folks, Where do I find the last day of activity on my credit report? Research and said it show on the credit report. I just do not see it. I got a summon letter yesterday from an attorney who got hire by Midland Funding. I am trying to see if this debt is out of SOL. I know that California it is 4 years. It was Chase and got bought by Midland. On the report (Experian) I got on 7/6/2012 it shows a 24/month timeline. I am not sure what the timeline show is the start of the delinquent or not. It show 8/2008 with "30" and stop at 7/2010 with "OK".

You have made a report to a credit reporting agency against me for $42.00 for a delinquent account you site as a utility account from 2008. I am not sure what this account is. I am asking you to validate the bill that you are stating I owe by emailing me a copy to EMAIL REMOVED so I can clear this matter up.

I have finally started trying to get my act together and clean up my credit. And First Source advantage is EVERYWHERE on my credit report from medical bills. I have found no possible way to reach them. It gives a mailing address for them so I sent them a letter trying to make a payment arrangement and figure out exactly what all of the bills are for. WELL.... I just got the letter sent back to me stating the person recieving the letter "rejected" it. How do I get ahold of them?! I really want to fix my credit score.

How long overdue can a purchaser of a debt collect? Is there a statute on collection of debt past a certain number of years?

Hi all, I have 2 pay day loans out that I'd like to get rid of... I have am pending a car repo and my utilities being disconnected due to these payments that I have to make these people every check. I talked to a a payday consolidation co today - Relief LLC - and some of the things she was telling me, didn't feel right. I asked her what if the loan provider does agree to deal w/them and some other questions about how soon it will start, she didn't give a clear answer. In addition, as I was talking to her, she explained how its done and it sounded like something I could do myself.
