Does a debt consolidation show up on my credit report like bankruptcy? Will it be near impossible to recieve a loan for anything for years to come?

I have a long, complicated story that led to my debt but dont we all? I was an early graduate right out of high school and everything was on track. I had just gotten my first car and I had a steady job and i was going to Sinclair Community College. I was half way through my second semester and one of my best friends from high school, Laura, called me from Kentucky, where she had moved. She told me that she was being evicted from her trailor and her, her boyfriend, and her boyfriend's brother all needed a ride up to Ohio so that maybe they might be able to start over up here.

Sir, My father passed away back in april of 04. Mastercard keeps calling as says his debt is over 15,000. And, there was charges after his death. I personally called them and told them of his death. And destroyed his credit card that day. Now, they say I'm resposible for his debt. Am I. I can't afford to pay for it anyway.. Sincerely Harry :(

What about payday loans? My best friend is in big trouble because she took multiple payday loans and the rollover fees are killing her. Can your program help, or do you only deal with credit card type debt?

i am desperately in need for my credit to be revamped. i did a lot of screwing it up in the past with small unpaid bills and now student loans on top. i have a little girl that is 20 mo. old and i raise my wifes brother who is 16. i am 25 and because of the circumstances need to be able to own a home or buy a car without help. i make enough now that i am graduated and my wife makes less but in 2 months will have spotless credit because hers is cleared up. i cant buy a home now big enough for my large family at such a young age and now that i make good money it is an issue.
