can credit conunselling help me with my title loan

I kept taking out pay day loans and am in debt at around 3000 thousand dollars..... One of my loans is Speedy Cash, Payday one, United Cash loans, plain green loans, cash net usa, and the last is Cash central. 500 for Speedy cash, 500 for pay day one, 500 for United cash loans, 850.00 for Plain Green Loans, 600 for Cash net usa, and 250 for cash central. I live in Hawaii. I kind of made up my mind to close my accounts and be done with this maddness I don't want them taking any more of my money and I don't want over draft fees. I'm unsure where really to post this, I'm just completely lost Obviously I made some mistakes when I was younger, skipped out on bills, ran from debt, etc. What I am looking at is 10k in school loans around 1k in old cell phone bills around 1k in old hospital bills couple of hundred in credit card bills And a few others here and there My question is.. is credit counseling/debt consolidation best for me? What course should I take? I'm a little confused since there is such little credit card debt at who to turn to.

My husband spent $50,000 from a bank loan and did not tell me. Should I go to a debt consolidation company or to the bank he used. At this point I'm pursuing a divorce. Thank you.

today i was served and it was very unusual and i'm wondering what i could do. Let me start it off, I was home having lunch with my family when someone knocked on the door saying they had a delivery for me. My mom answered and saw the guy was wearing a badge with "sheriff" on it. I asked whats up and he just threw some papers at me and asked me to sign a paper. I said, well hold on let me see the paper, and he responded by saying no, its just saying you're served, so sign it now. i'm from the courts.
