i have a payday loan with ace cash express due this friday,i lost my job last friday and i have bills due,if i pay the loan off which is 524.00,i will be forced to take another to cover bills,i am very nervous because i may have unemployment directly deposited in the next few days,i am also the payee for my disabled sister,disability payments are directly deposited into my bank account.

I have some payday loans from the internet and locally that i cannot pay at this time as i have had a financial setback for the month of July and will not be able to make the payments that they are expecting of me this month

Ok so here is the deal. My wife and I have between 30 and 40 thousand dollars in unsecured debt. I am in the military and make good money so I am able to pay all of my debt on time and have been for the last 8 years only missing one 6 dollar payment on accident. The problem is I only have enough to pay my bills the debt and groceries. I need to open up some money to pay off extra. I think that consolidation loan is the best option.

can anyone tell me if there is one particular company that wells fargo auto finance uses when sending to collections? I was told yesterday by WF that my account was sent to a company they called "cba" and was given a 1800 number, that turned out to be a wrong number. An internet search for cba was unsuccessfull. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Lynne

they keep taking money out of my account i am disabled with brain injury and dont know what to do they just keep taking money out of my account stressing me out

I'm interested in doing this, but have seen a few articles that this no longer works because the credit bureaus have smartened up. I read that even if CA agrees to remove the credit bureaus may not allow it because they have a reputation of their own - if they just allow CA's to remove debts based on Pay for Delete in order to raise a FICO/credit rating score then they are not really true scores. Is this true? Do Pay for Deletes still work - or is this something that worked in the past but not so much today?
