Does anyone know if cash cure licensed in iowa? I am also wondering about VIP Pay Day Loans. I have looked at the laws concerning PDL's for Iowa and it says that the max amount is $500 and the fees are $15 for the first $100 and $10 for every $100 after that. Well my problem with Cash Cure is that they loaned me $600 and are charging me $26.50 in fees for this loan they have debited my account 4 times in the amount of $159 for a total of $636 however they say I still owe the whole $600 and the $636 is fees. From what I see this is wrong according to the laws in Iowa.

Has Alliant credit union stop giving secured loan? Any idea?

Ameriloan will not take my prepaid debit for the payment I owe them. I know they are illegal in Wa State and the guy on the phone says he will not take a payment unless it is in full. I only borrowed $550 and I know I have to pay all the principal but I have closed my previous account and am no way giving them the info ever again. So how do I make a payment with them?? He said I was illegal because I signed the document. I just want to pay the principal and send them the revoke. They are on the wa state dfi list for illegal lenders. Help??

I revoked the payday loans that were illegal in Wa State. I did pay all the principal on the loans plus way too much interest. I revoked all the illegal ones and I noticed I had an email in my junk mailbox that says they are going to turn me over to the sheriff and take me to small claims court. The company they listed I didn\'t even have a loan with?? Should I be worried?
