Hello, I received a call yesterday from a business. I wasn't home and they left an automated message. The number was 1-877-455-5001. When l listened to the message it told me that since I they have been unable to get my statement in regards to whatever..that they have no choice but to pursue it legally. It said when I called back to reference file # 5,464,600(pretty high for a file #???).

Here is a letter im drafting to send to Plain Green. Is this enough? Is it written well? This is my second loan with them and i did ntot know they were an illgal lender.

i really have a financial problem last year i borrowed a money from a bank in order to setttle my personal loans in other money institute but unfortunatley that couldn't happen because i toked the money and used it on my mother health coz she was very and i couldn't life with so right now i dont earn 0.0 net salary which is very bad for me as i rent,buying food,supporting my little kid i dont know what to do as landlord want money everyday the money that i dont have sometime i feel like living my work.what can i dont to live a my life.:(

That seemed a bit strange to me because that could take years with me not paying anything on big debts. Some of these credit card companies, I owe thousands of dollars and there is a small amount that they are requiring of me to pay and if they are only going to pay them off after I have generated enough money in that account to pay each bill off, that seem a bit strange because that could take years. what should I do.

Dear Nelly! i received a letter from Law firm in Columbus trying to collect on credit card that we paid off 20 years ago and they said - they are going to garnish my wages! i know, that that loan had been resold several times for all these years and we settled for 80% with one of the buying collection agency. they said - the have court decision to garnish my paycheck. Hello, I received a call today from some outfit saying that beings that I have not responded they are left with no choice but to pursue the matter legally. The number which appeared on my caller ID was 1-877-455-5001. When I called it back I got a recorded message. I couldn't understand or figure out what the name of the business was. When I did an 800 number look up...none of the sites came back with a name of a business for this number either. The message went on to state that if I left a message with them to please reference file # 5,454,680.

I am starting to address my payday loan nightmare and was wondering if I pay just the principle I owe them can I include what they charged me on loans paid off in the past towerds the principle I owe them for the current loan. For example I owe Magnum $385 but have had 10 other loans with them that I paid fees on that are paid off. And if I can go back on paid off loans will they have to pay me back. My debt in trouble is under my name only. I was laid off and unable to find a job that paid what I was making. I am employed but bring home less than half of what I made. I am married but my husband makes less than I do but is managing to pay his bills only in his name. Could I file bankruptcy only in my name?
