What do you do if a collection agency is trying to collect on an illegal online payday loan not licensed in your state? (From 2+ yrs ago!) The collection agency seems legit. I looked them up on the internet.

I had 18 messages on my phone number for someone that does not live at my house. How can i get a hold of someone to discontinue this call? The debtor id does not work and i am ready to file a complaint with police against this company for harrassment.

I have 4 payday loans I believe 2 are with in the laws of Iowa but two are not I owe 900 dollars to one that takes 250.00 a paycheck and non go to principle and than another that take 200 and non goes to loan the other two pay part to loan and other for interest

I have a personal question of some concern to me. I am dating someone who found out that his aunt was opening credit cards in his name. We only discovered this after randomly checking our credit reports. I have been pushing him to report this to the 3 agencies but he wants to avoid legal action taken on her. Is there a way to remove this blemish from his credit reports in other ways or is the only way to go to these agencies? -A

:mad::confused:Today I received a call from a 'Global Trust Management CA. The woman said she was calling regarding a PD loan I owe on from 2 yrs ago from EZ cash (internet loan). She said my balance was $191.00, but with fees and interest I owe $319.00. I did have a loan with them, (for $300.) but I recall paying them off.. I asked her for a validation letter and she said I have to request it in writing, but that I will still have to prove that i paid the loan off and got kinda nasty.

Just wondering if anyone out there has ever experienced resoultion with Cash Call or Western Sky?

I live in TN and currently have 3 PDL's. One for United Cash Loans for $300. This is my 3rd with the company, so I have paid a total of over $1000, but only $90 on this latest loan. The next is with My Next Day Cash, I borrowed $500, and have paid $450 so far (and this is my first loan with them.) The last is with Ameriloans for $200, I have paid $120 so far. I guess my question is, is there a way to force these companies to stop taking these debits from my account every payday? they nearly drained my account on my last payday.

GC Services has been calling my phone # for months trying to collect a debt on a person who had that phone # before me, 1 1/2 years ago! I've told them several times they are calling the wrong #! What can I do to get them to stop calling me!

Help a collection agency from nou its you payday called my job threatening suit I'm from Texas our power went out at work in the middle if the conversation. I stopped payment on a 750 debit.
