I would like to start the process of getting my payday loans consolidated. I have read that I need to register with this forum. Where can I register? Additionally, I have bad credit and no collateral, but I have two steady, long term jobs. I am hoping that I will be able to get help. I almost $4000.00

I took out a $600 loan from Plain Green Loans in May 2012. I am supposed to repay them $218 per month starting with my June 27th Social Security Disability check. My checking account is overdrawn by $850 and I cannot pay them. Can they sue me and are they legal in Nevada?

What is revocation of wage settlement I have read about that needs to supplied to employers HR.

Just wanted to know if anyone else has found a connection between these 3 companies? After doing some research and having a horrible incident with Wells Fargo, I found that their "legal department" is really one of these 2 companies!! They are NOT part of the bank but handle all things legal like levies and garnishments. They are a debt collector and I think they are researching Wells Fargo customers and if they find outstanding debts they are collecting them through illegal means (ie holding funds in your bank account and charging $100+ as a processing fee)!!

On October 18th, 2011 I took out a PDL with Alpine Direct for $250. I have since paid 18 bi weekly payments of $75. I have since come across this site and sent my initial letter letting them know that it has come to my attention that they are illegal operating in the state of Oklahoma. Below is the response they sent me. "We have received your email and the information that you emailed is incorrect, we are licensed through internet commerce this allows us to lend to Oklahoma." Is this true? Or do they still have to have a state license? THANKS :)

About a year ago I sent my letter to Integrity Advance and closed my bank account. I never heard anything from them after my letter was sent. For the past week I kept getting calls from a number I did not recognize on my work phone. Since I didn't recognize the number I always let it go to vm. The voicemail that was left was always an automated recording but never said who was calling. Two days ago I decided to call the number back because I was tired of them calling me at work. Turns out it was some collection agency regarding my payday loan with Integrity Advance.

My friend had excellent credit until a divorce and her ex ran up the credit cards - She's made settlement with two cards and also a short sale of a house to settle the mortgage. How can she get the period before the settlement which shows delinquent or late payments to be expunged? Do we talk to the companies? She want to build her credit back up again.

Has anyone heard of them. Their rates say 30%. Are they legal? Thanks

I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy, which was discharged. I checked my credit today, and see that this place STILL is doing hard pulls on my credit (even today...6 months after the chapter 7 was discharged). How can I force them to stop these actions?
