Hi, I live in PA. I currently have 4 payday loans, totaling around $2000. My bank account has reached a point where it's in a negative balance since around $700 is being taken out every two weeks. I'm afraid I won't be able to pay my rent which is already 2 weeks past due. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I tried calling a lawyer here in PA, but he could only suggest I contact the attorney general. On top of my rent being late, I have to move in 6 weeks and need to come up with another security deposit, so I'm hoping to get this resolved as soon as I can. Thanks again.

I have a payday loan that was for $500.00. When I filled out the application I told them I was paid on the 1st of the month. They tried to deduct the payment on the 29th and it caused my account to be overdrawn. Now I have a lawyer calling me telling me he is pressing charges for theft. I don't know what to do and I need help.

Hey all, Living in Indiana and got a loan from USFast Cash. I have made 2 payments to what I thought was the principle and in fact, I was just paying $90 to renew it?! I am so disgusted so I'm hoping I can get some help on how to rectify this situation. Thank you!

I have 3 online payday loans in Texas. Plain Green Loans Original Loan Amt - 1800.00 Pd To Date - 1736.00 Plain Green Loans Original Loan Amt - 2400.00 Pd To Date - 810.00 Guaranteed Cash Now Loan Amt - 400.00 Pd To Date - 480.00 Are any of these legal and if so what options do I have to reduce the $375.00 pymts every 2 weeks that goes out to them. I have had my electric cut off and had to pay an additional deposit to electric company and gotten behind on all other bills because I cant get out of this Payday mess!! Any advice is greatly appreciated.:(

I had to recently obtain a copy of my credit report, due to ID theft case that we're going through right now. I found out that a debt collector had purchased a debt back from 2008, it's for an old telephone bill. We had some bad things happen, you know how it goes from there laid off etc. Didn't get to pay it. On my credit report it states that AFNI bought that bill and calls the house harassing, sometimes up to 3 times a day. I filed a complaint with BBB and Ohio AG. Told them to stop the calls validate the bill through regular mail.

Ok. I am in a Chapter 13, have had my mortgage modified. Now behind 7 months. I once owed $170k with an A.R.M./8.5%. Remodification took it to $108K, Fixed, 4.4%. I fell behind so now converting to Chapter 7. Can I reaffirm with the 7 months converted back into the original loan or should I not reaffirm? I haven't heard from them I guess because of the Chapter 13 I am in. They are not apart of the Chapter 13.

A couple of years ago I ordered internet but couldn't get it to work and cancelled service promptly. Next thing I know I get a notice saying that my account is a couple of months past due. I told them I'd cancelled but they insisted having no record of it. They said they'd cancel the account but I'd still owe about $80. I unfortunately didn't keep a record of who I spoke with and day i called to originally cancel the service so I said I could pay a discounted amount. They didn't agree and I didn't pay.

I have about 8 of them out plus 2 installment ones... what should I do? Should I get debt consolidation or what is the best option here? I can't afford to pay all of these things 300 dollars a week.
