I was in a terrible bind and needed money immediately. I got several payday loans and I am having a difficult time repaying. I've received several phone calls from middle eastern sounding "paralegals" threatening everything. Blue Ridge Law Group says they can help. Does anyone know anything about Blue Ridge??

So I took a big step today. I contacted T&C to see what they could do with me. I currently have a loan in default with Check N' Go (installment loan, not payday), an installment with Zest Cash (who are pretty awful, even though they are legal in my state), a PDL with Advance America that is in default, one from USA web cash, and a personal loan from my bank. She said that they can help with all of these, including CC debt. I spoke with Melissa from T&C and she told me all about the program.

we are having this rude company calling us so far 3 times this week alone. do not sound american so wont talk to them over a bill i think we may have had over 12 years ago which may or may not have already been paid off or bankrupcied.

I have been contacted by Drake and associates, irecovery, and moseby law group who threatened me and I made payment and paid the debt off, but they never contacted me back, since then I have had 4 different places calling, this was for a internet epayday loan, $400 to be exact. The drake and Assoc people went as far as having a CA court, which I called Calif and they said these people are fake, for criminal court. saying that I frauded a bank or institution. no letters in the mail no mail correspondence only threatening phone calls. is this allowed.

If I have 4,000 in payday loan debt and I consolidated what would I expect my monthly payment to be?

If I just open account and my check does not have my name on the check.can I still go to the market.

I currently have 3 online payday loans out. I have included all info I have available and have requested statements of my account on each. After reading through a few threads regarding payday loans I understand that the payday loan company has to be licensed in your state (mine is FLORIDA) to legally process this type of loan. My question is: How do I find out if they are licensed? I do believe I found out that PDL are legal in FL, but I have been unable to find out if these three companies are licensed or not. Maybe I am just not searching the right thing?

can this company help with payday loans? my parents are in their 70s and live on a fixed income and rather than ask for help they got involved with payday loan PLACES, now they cant get out from under them ,it cost then almost $600.00 a month to flip flop these checks every month and they still owe the same ammount of money they started out having to pay back. This has been going on for 3 years now so they owe about $1,500.00 total but they have paid $21,600.00 in the past 3 yrs how can this be done away with?

Just got off phone with MOFI. Per their rep tribal loans are exempt from licensinglaws in the state of Michigan. Does this sound right to you guys? She stated it is a contract. What will happen if I don't pay on these loans? I have stopped all ach withdraws, however because my account is negative due to PDL I cannot close it at this time. Can anyone shed light on this situation
