I sent the letter and now just got a call from the collection agency here at work. I closed the accounts and I talked to my bank who says that they understand and assure me that the one joint account I have with my wife cannot be accessed by these guys. This guy from the collections department threatened that he is going to find out where I bank and "gaurantees they will get their money".

I took out an online payday loan thru FloBridge/FastMoney Store or whatever they are calling themselves now. I then find out that they are illegal in Iowa. According to the Iowa Attorney General's Office they have to have a physical store in our state in order to lend to Iowans. My question is what do I do about the loan I took out? I sent them a letter revoking the ACH and Wage garnishment and have not heard a response from them as to where to make payments. Since they are illegal in Iowa and have not responded to any of my emails or letter do I still try and pay them?

D0es any one know if pepper cash is a legal online loan company in the state of ohio ???? Please help.

:( I suffer From Multiple Sclerosis In November of 2011 I fell ill and wasted all my PTO at work. I fell behind on a lot of cc payments.I .was pregnant with my third child. To make it worse i was really sick. I finally was able to go on maternity leave which was a blessing because like i said i have MS. I was able to rest but I thought would be able catch up with temporary disablity payment. However my disability took forever to start. I tried to explain to FIA my hardship.

Like the title says. I have a private loan and federal loan. After some confusion with my parents -- who pay the payments on the private loan -- I realized they were not paying the federal loan. That was my responsibility... But since I always seem to get spam letters from counseling companies, consolidation companies and others etc. I didn't realize ECMC was a legitimate company with current ownership to my federal debt. Then the federal loan defaulted on 6/29/11, and knowing no better, I discarded the letter.

I have a question regarding The Cash Store in Wisconsin. I have a $1500 loan and have since paid $[COLOR=black]2640 [/COLOR]and was hoping to get an extended payment plan to pay off the loan and be done with it. I was under the impression that The Cash Store operated as a CSO, but I’m not finding any information in regards to The Cash Store being a CSO in Wisconsin.

I just got a Motion & Declaration for Default Judgment from Suttell & Hammer. I don't deny that I owe the monies, but am in no postion to pay even a monthly payment (paying another card & IRS cause of my estranged husband). What can I expect now?
