I was wondering if anyone here had much experience in dealing with Fulton, Friedman &Gullace, LLP. From what I've read up about them, they were involved in a class action suit also involving Midland and Encore. They've recently been retained by Asset Acceptance to do collections for them. I had no idea that I had received a letter from FF&G until I was searching through all of my mail to work out my debt list. I had already worked out a payment play with Asset Acceptance over my judgment I had with them and have already paid them $1000 as of now.

Ok for those of us dealing with Western Sky/Cash Call I have another idea. When you are discussing with Cash Call the legitamcy of the loan and they throw that BS of being Tribal and not having to abide by state laws then ask them why they don't service loans in Maryland and West Virignia? If they do not have to follow state laws then they should be servicing all 50 states.

I have several payday loans that after reading these posts I believe are illegal. I have overpaid on almost all of them and am in the process of composing the revocation letters and I am going to my bank on Tuesday to close my account. My husband was looking for a payday loan, we suspect his identity was stolen, so we are doing what we need to do. Change our bank account, filed with FTC. Adding fraud alert to his credit reports. No we did not do a police report because it's an online thing and I read that cops don't really care about stuff like that! My husband got a loan with Western Sky and sold it a day later to Cash Call! Anyway, Cash Call keeps calling. I now have them blocked on my cell! I told them to stop calling before blocking them, but everyday they call!! 1) How do we get out of this mess?

Hopefully I can get some direction with all of this. I watch my credit score very close. Back in December of 2011 my score dramatically fell. I contacted Transunion to get details and was shocked to see an adverse account mysteriously appeared out of nowhere posted by Northern Resolution Group for an alleged payday loan from a company called Global Payday Cashnet in the amount of 525.00. First off and you will probably see me type this a few times.. at no time in my lifetime have I ever or will I ever take out a payday loan.

i need to know if payday loans in vegas/storefront will let me go for relief debt settlement. i heard that they are very difficult to settle, how do i go about paying them back

First I want to say that I have every intention of paying back any payday loans that I have. The question I have is regarding the ones that I have paid 2 times and in one case 3 times the amount of the original loans. I have tried to contact them to make arrangements to pay the principle they seem to have never recieved my phone calls or emails. Do I have any recourse against these people. I never thought I would be in this situation but I am and I need some advise on how to end this nightmare.
