Help, I got a loan from the seven group I payed on it from January 2012 Until April 2012 the loan was for 250.00 I paid every 2 week. I placed a phone to the company. I said Ive been paying you for months My loan should be paid off. I was told NO!!!! if you want it to be paid off you will need to give us 50.00 more each month. I said no way !!! I wasnt told that. Im going to stop payment with my bank. So weeks have gone by I was in the market on May 3, 2012 go a phone call from a lady who said she was from a law office called landmark and tomorrow I wil be taken to jail for bad checks.

What can anyone tell me about the Titan group? I applied for a pdl from them in March for 400.00when I realized my mistake that pdl's are prohibited in NJ I closed my account. I paid them 360.00on a 400.00 loan but have now defaulted. My question is who is the Titan group? On my bank statement and loan agreement it says United Holdings but my account summaries were mailed from titancsatmidlandmarketing dot com. Are they legal? Where are they located. Thanks

Hi. I have a credit card that i paid off in 2007! and it is still on my credit and is still tackin on charges like i havent paid it. I also have the check that was cashed and i have all the paperwork still showing that i paid it! I have tried to resolve this twice! I dont know what else to do...

I am recently laid off from a $50,000/ year job! I have $20,000 in CC debt and an overdraft protection loan through my bank for $10,000 ! I may have a job at the same company with a huge decrease in pay. This is a wake call for me and I am unable to pay my monthly bills with$1000/mth in cc payments. We are not that bad off to file bankruptcy and all of my cc's are current and I have never not paid or been late on a payment. Any recommendations!?
