Anyone have any experience with them? They seem to be on the up and up and they're non-profit.

If you are looking into this company don't use them, customer service is very unprofessional and plain rude. They keep informing me that they have been trying to contact me both via email and phone and have been unsuccessful, yet I have not received any correspondence from them. They keep threatening to cancel my acct even thought I have more that enough funds in my settlement acct. Just curious if any other Allied clients are being told this same lie?

So i finally decided to get some sanity back in my life and enrolled with CareOne Credit counceling for debt consolidation. They seem to take very kind of Debt and i checked them out on BBB, they seem like a credible company unless anyone in here knows something that i dont. I would love to hear your input on them. They will take: medical bills Credit card bills Collection Items Dept. Store cards and ofcourse my favorite, PayDay Loans. They pulled my credit report and believe it or not, This is what i owe. Hopefully my credit will get clean so i can finally get a grip on life again.

I talked to pursels and associates through care on cred it counseling. I gave them all my information, and spoke with one of their lawyers, its going to cost me $150, but it was worth it. I originally thought i wanted to do DSP, I have about 58k in unsecured debt over about 14 credit cards. I make close to 4k/month, however I lost my job at the beginning of the year and got behind on my payments for about 4 months. Prior to talking to careone I talked to the creditors myself and set up hardship plans. Some of them reduced the interest as low as 6%. I wouldn't qualify for chp 6 bkp.

I am currently looking for help with my credit card debt. Its out of control and Im unemployed struggling with these high interest charges, late fees and over the limit fees. One of my creditors is chase and when I asked for a hardship program they told me I was not elgible but I should call CCA 800-270-6133. I am trying to find a reputable company one that will help me lower my payment and get rid of the high interest charges. I dont know who to call or who to trust. I am hoping someone on here can help me by pointing me in the right direction or providing me any helpful tips.

I want to find a way to reduce or eliminate my finance chargers - which will reduce my monthly CC payments. I don't want a DMP or DSP - but that's all that's offered. Target told me if I enroll with Credit Counselling - they would remove my finance charges. Does anyone know how to contact someone for this free counselling?

Do you actually help people financially or do you just counsel them to get help?

A lot of people deliberately try to avoid filing income tax returns. Why do you think this is happening nowadays?
