How much would monthly payments be o n a debt of $1200.

:D I did not apply for a loan and I received a call today and stating that CMG and Vince Enterprise are going to file a judgement against me. I had to pay them $300.00 today to stop it and I would not owe them any more money but they said I owed over 1000.00. I have not had the bank account they are taking about since 2006. They told me they where going to garnish my wages. Can they do that? I never got a loan from them. Can you help me? Thanks!

I received a letter from Midland Credit management and when I called to inquire as to who the creditor was, I was told by Midland Credit Management that they did not know who the creditor was and I was to pay the debt regardless of the fact that they could not tell me who I allegedly owed the money to.

I do I qualify? What will thi service cost?

I had an account with you a couple of years ago, and I was very pleased with the outcome. I just have one question, I paid over 18,000 back to all my ceditors, there was only one that would not settle. I now have 3 leans on my house, cant even get house worked on, because of these leans. ok, the 3 high cards are now at 3 different lawyer collection agencies, here in Georgia and one of them has served me and I have 30 days to answer. What to do? I would rather not go thru bankruptcy. Will the judge really look at my finances and not make my payment huge? I dont have medical or dental insurance, I am 58 years old and a waitress. I am going to try to get into a low income clinic, cause the body is sore. anyway, any help or suggestions?
