I am current on my payday loans but i had to miss paying my mortgage to pay those I saw your blog on what to do but my employeer requires us to have our paychecks direct deposit what can I do?

they keep calling wouldnt give me info exactly on what bill this is for. said they are from the doc and im being charged and going to jail. offered to make payments on the bill if i know where its from but they said they need all the money up front and to a lawyer. everyone else lets you make payment arrangments on bills. so i think they are fraud. who wont make payments???????? and who wont tell who the original bill is from.. if i owe something id pay my bills but im not wasting money im a single mom and i just dont have money to trough away.

I've read the thread regarding this issue, and i get the jist of it, but its been a few years and just want to make sure everything stated in this thread still holds true.

I live in Louisiana and I have a online payday loan with VIP cash and they're calling about me arrested and having fraud chargers for not paying the loan back. Is it legal to give online payday loan in Louisiana?

Help!!! Just got a summons two days ago from Gurstel Chargo regarding my $4200 cc debt with Capital One. I was told they would except a lump sum of 20% less. Is this there starting point? Itold them I could make payment on the full amount....they said no way. My bottom line is $2800. Do they have wiggle room or should I let them take me to court? Any suggestions are welcome!!! Thx

Well, what can I say, the payday loan trap is a very difficult one to deal with, and that's exactly what I'm embarking on now inspired by the stories on this site. As the sole income for my small family (wife and 2 1/2 yr old son), it is critical that these loans disappear! I live in AZ and feel like I have the law on my side and further, the principal has been paid on ALL of these loans. :mad: I've tried to get an explanation from White hills why they start deducting ACH twice a month. I explained to them that when I applied and received the loan, I informed them that I was paid once a month. They finally said, after I confronted them numerous times that they would not have given me the loan if it wasn't a biweekly or weekly payment arrangement. I informed them that we have a problem. (1) I have a copy of my contract that shows a monthly deduction.

i got a phone call from a Michael Stone claiming to be with CRS about a house that i lost over 12yrs ago that has been off my credit report for a couple years. when i asked him what he was calling about he just said he was collecting a debt thru a company that i have never heard of. so then i asked him what was the address of the house that he was calling about and he couldnt telll me. then he tells me he has my credit report in front of him and laughs at me about my credit. ive gone thru divorce so its not good. how can he pull my credit without my authorization??
