To start off, I have 3 outstanding loans (all tribal) Great Plains Lending, Big Picture Loans, and Loan@Last. I was previously living in New Jersey when I received my 8th loan from Great Plains Lending. I now reside in North Carolina. While living here, I obtained loans with BPL and Loan@Last. I have read that both states, these types of loans are illegal. To my point.

I received an online loan through Sigma. Every time I am paid they deduct $89 from my account. I have paid the $89 three times so far. I have gotten in over my head in these payday loans. In order to get out, they want me to pay $289. I loan was only in the amount of $200. Also, I have another payday loan, which I found out is illegal in my state due to the interest rate. I have not paid the principal off yet. What should I do if I am already closing the account due to a tribal loan?

I have lots of debts and have tried some options to repay them. Have been able to repay a bit but couldn't repay the entire amount. Is there any other way to repay debt other than filing a bankruptcy?

I have a tribal loan. Did not know until today. I have paid $1641.11 so far for a loan in the amount of $650. I need to know the exact steps on handling this. I have read about ACH revocation, but I am not sure of really where to begin.

I have been in payday hell. I have been blessed by my aunt to help pay back these lenders who have just been eating my entire paychecks. Now doing some research I found this place and wanted to know if what I found so far is still accurate. I live in florida so is Opportunity loans legal Mobile Loans Legal Spotloan Loans Legal Plain green Legal. From what I found Spotloan and Plain Green are illegal and just the balance is need to be paid.
