Ok - I am hoping this is my very last post. I received this letter from Western Sky (a/k/a Cash Call). I have been sending the same response to their e-mails and finally yesterday I told them I filed a complaint with my State's AG's office. This is the response. Any thoughts? This letter is being sent in response to your inquiry of March 21, 2012 in regards to the interest rate charged in conjunction with your loan.

I wasn't even a member and I used the advice in this forum to write Community Credit Services/Money2Advance. First I checked to see if they were licensed in CA. They aren't. I used the "How to deal with illegal..." and copied, pasted, and modified the second letter and e-mailed it to them. Backstory: They had taken $245.00 on Tuesday, and had me overdrawn. I demanded they refund it back to me including the overdraft charge ($35.00). They had taken $220.00 on March 4th and another $245.00 on March 21st for a loan of $700 I opened, actually, back in August 2011.

Hi guys, can't log in to my old account. Anyway, I'm really stressed out right now and would appreciate any anwers anyone can give me. HSBC got a default judgement against me for a credit card debt. After they tacked on all the interest and stuff, it's about $11,000. When I first learned of the judgement/being sued, I couldn't afford to respond to the summons ( court said it was something like a $400 fee or some odd money. But I remember it was quite a few hundred just to respond to the summons ) and instead, I saw a lawyer and paid about $200 retainment fee in order to file CH 7.

I have 1 account in collections that I need to take care of. It's a $715 medical bill from '06 that I disputed twice (once with the original creditor and then with the collection agency). Neither gave me a response regarding my dispute and the CA didn't even contact me save for that first letter saying I had something in collections. This is my first time dealing with a CA and it is really frustrating.

Today, 2 days after receiving my initial deposit, I received a second deposit from MassStreetGroup, for the same amount ($300). While I received a few offers at once, I only spoke on the phone to someone from PepperCash, and only electronically "signed" the PepperCash agreement.

Hello, I currently have out four payday loans in California. I've been struggling to cover the interest payments alone and then had a payday loan that was set up on the opposite weeks of my payday. My bank account is now over drafted and I'm in a never ending cycle for NSF fees. I feel like my debt is spiraling more and more out of control. After doing some research the SOL start days is the date of last payment, How ever I had a CC that was automatically making monthly payment to my account, after I stopped, without my consent, I guess to increase the balanced owed. What do you think a court would used at the actual SOL date?

I did a BBB search for a certain law office that also is acting as cc company. To my surprise they had 167 complaints and a very small portion settled with a satisfactory answer, but they still had a BBB rating of A, so what does it take to get a lower? I guess if you join the BBB you will always have the A rating. It like the Credit Report companies, they will put anything a company tell them on your report weather its right or wrong, they take no responsibility for there actions.

I received correspondence from an attorney licensed in my state last month. On the letter the original creditor and amount they say is due is listed and also the junk debt buyer that purchased the debt, who hired these attorneys. I sent a debt validation letter and today received copies of statements from the original creditor from the attorney's office.
