If there's a judgment against a debt, can it be settled?

I am applying for a Zoca Loan and i am requesting a loan for $1000 but in the fine print it says ill owe $157.78 for 28 weeks which would make me be paying back $4,416.68. Reading reviews from other questions. Will I only be responsible to pay back the $1000 or have to pay the additional $3,416.68?

Someone called me saying they were going to take me to court for a loan with Mobiloans that I owe. Mobiloans is not licensed in the state of South Carolina. Do I have to pay them back?

If I have equity on my home, is it ok to take out a loan against the equity or is it better to take out a personal loan?

I have two cards with Capital one. I do work and am paying a personal loan with upstart and current on that. Only one cycle late on the two cards though. Are they more likely to sue knowing that i am paying the loan still, and that i have already filed chpt 7 before? One card balance is 6K Card 2 is 10K Last time i tried this they wouldn't work with me at all and i did chpt 7 out of fear. All the way up to charge off they never offered me a single deal. i tried everyday between day 120-180. I only can take home 400/month if i dont pay my cc.

I am owed $ 10,000, currently being paid in monthly increments of $ 155. I have been offered a lump sum payment of $ 7,200, which I would like to accept. I would like to submit a letter of acceptance to the debtor, on my terms, and would like some suggestions as to how I should word the letter, ex. when the lump sum must be paid by, what happens if I don't receive the payment by the agreed upon date, can I hold him liable for legal expenses, should I have to sue, etc. And anything else I need to include.
