I have several payday loans out and am in the process of sending the illegal ones letters, as suggested by this website. However, I cannot find the fax/address for one of them. They are out of California and are called Payday Ecash. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi everyone, I will thank all of you for taking time and reading this post. I know many of us have went through much of struggle with debt, and I am glad there is a strong community that helps people resolve such issues. Long Story Short: When I was in college I acquired a lot of debt as they were giving these credit cards like free candy. Funny looking back I got $7500 credit line at age of 20, just from one of my cards. However when I lost my job, I couldn't pay any of the cards; my first delinquencies began in winter of 2009.

I need some urgent expert advice or help from someone who's been through a settlement with BOA recently (2011-2012). I've read a lot of posts of people settling for less than 30% in the past few years, but nothing recent. I spoke with a Sr. Account Manager a few weeks back who said they could offer 30% but no lower. He also said he hasn't seen anything below 30% in the last year. I don't want to push my luck..but would like 20-25%. I owe $7K total. A few days ago I spoke with BOA again and they wouldn't budge, saying that 30% is best offer I'm going to get.

Hi, I had an account with Wells Fargo charged off about 3 years ago and I want to re-open an account with them. They indicated this would be no problem with a paid in full letter. I paid the debt off about a year ago to Imperial Recovery Partners, LLC. Wells Fargo indicated the debt was owned by United Credit Recovery and an internet search indicated Imperial was managed by UCR so it looks like the right person got paid, however, Imperial did not send me a letter and none of their numbers work anywhere.

I have 3 CSO loans: CashNetUSA principal $500 They say I owe 695 PayDay One principal $700 They want 890 Ace Cash Express principal $300 They want $400 I lost my job the middle of January. I started another one, but at a substantial pay cut. I did make payment arrangements with the last 2 at $70 per pay each which is $140 a pay. I tried to make payment arrangements with Cashnetusa but they refused. They call me about 4 times a day. I don't even know if I can pay this $140 a pay, $280 a month. My check is only $500 a pay after taxes which is half of what I used to make.

I received a call today from 866-473-0549 UPS LLC stating they have a case against me in Union County for My Paydayloan.com They were rude and I all but cursed them out. Then I was hung up on and I continued to call back finally someone names Frank Dulip said he was removing my number has anyone heard of these people and if so give me an address so I can file a complaint please!

Hi all, I am trying to get an email address for nationwide cash. I already have their [EMAIL="customerservice@nationwidecassh.com"]customerservice@nationwidecassh.com[/EMAIL] address but Im looking for an address for any representatives, supervisors, managers, collection agents anyone with a specific link to them. They are ignoring my emails as I have been bombarding them 24/7 so I, trying to find a more direct email address. Maybe someone out their has received coorespondence from someone from that company? Any help I would desperately appreciate it.

Received an offer from MRS Associates offering to settle Capital One acct for 50% in one lump sum payment. This is great news, but I don't know rather to go for it. They make no mention of how the account will be reported to CRA's. It reads: A settlement of 50% of your current balance and says the amount and due date only. Would this letter be sufficient to keep another CA for coming after me for the other half? The notice makes no mention that they have been assigned to collect this. A box at the top says RE: Capital One Bank (USA) N.A..
