Hi, Cox Communications claimed that I owe them money for an earlier contract cancellation. They put that into collection agency, I disputed and that agency closed the case. Now another agency got the same "debt". So I will dispute it again and will win because there were no contract at all. So Cox can go with 3rd agency, why not? Is there is a way to close that case for good? Thanks:confused:

So yesterday I sent out the ACH and Wage Assignment revocation letters. I got an email from EZ PayDay Cash saying that they have renewed my loan. I attempted to send them the letter again 2 times and both emails have been rejected. The email address that I've been using is [EMAIL="support@ezpaydaycash.com"]support@ezpaydaycash.com[/EMAIL] . Does anyone have a different email address for them or any suggestions on how to proceed next? Should I mail them a certified letter? I blocked my checking account until our direct deposits all hit then we will close the account.

Hello, my name is Adam, and I am getting burdened by bad debt from stupid decisions I made right out of high school. I have credit cards that are way behind on payments with over $1,500.00 debt. I have medical bills that are totaled around $5,000. Also, have other bills in collection that add another $4,000. To top it all off I made a stupid decision to get an installment loan from The Cash Store (and I am having a lot of trouble keeping up with it) Also have a title loan from Titlemax. I got those so I could try to pay off other debt, but ended up adding more weight to the debt stockpile.

ok so i have made the same mistake and took out IPDL's like others, i got a call today from them saying they were a lawyer firm in my state(i tracked phone number and it was in my state) and that if i didnt speak with them and arrange some sort of payment then i was commiting fraud and they would go ahead with a court summons. so ok i got scared, i made the payment right then. so i guess im wondering if i made a mistake doing that, they would never leave a voicemail for me when they called before, they called all hours, and they asked what bank my card was through?

ok so i sent off my letters to the payday companies, and got a call today saying that one of them went to a law office such and such and they needed payment or a court summons would be ordered. they have called previously but wouldnt leave a voicemail and called late at night sometimes. i tracked the phone number and it wouldnt give me a name but it located it to be in my state. so i payed it, although im puzzled about the whole thing, so tomorrow im going up and changing my accounts, meaning gonna close that one and open another just incase.

I am getting phone calls from 678- 666-4586 when I answer a recorded messages play that I owe on a payday loan for a returned check associated with my name and SS # and the client they represent is considering filing in court for breach of contract. When I call back I am placed on hold and get the "Litigation department". I told the man that answered that I would not accept any more phone calls and that if I owed money they needed to send proof in the mail. I did not get into any discussion about what the debt was and refused to give him any of my information.

I spoke to a Wells Fargo rep about putting a freeze on the ACH's hitting my account. The PDL companies are still trying this even after I sent them the letters. The bank is charging me $35 overdraft charges everytime, so now my account is showing almost $500 overdrawn. I can't close it because of this. Wells Fargo is saying that they can't put a stop to the ACH's because my contract with the PDL's supersedes anything else.

All, Also got 2 collection/settlement letters from Allied Interstate. For 2 different account they claim are mine. Have not yet sent anything out. However, I seriously doubt that AI is gonna be able to do anything. They failed to provide anything the last time I sent them validation request. Plus, the accounts they allege are mine are well beyond SOL. Thinking I need to send, CMRRR, a letter, stating accounts are beyond SOL, and that they too, are SOL-JWF.

All, Got a letter, first contact, from these people, about 3 weeks ago. Sent, CMRRR, a letter stating validation was required, and that their multiple lies needed to be straightened out, and that they had to update their information. Not too surprisingly, I got another letter, stating they have tried to contact me(all lies!), and thatI had to send them a check for $30. Actually, just under this. Validation never received. ThinkingI need to send another letter, reminding them that validation is required.

I am attempting to clean up my credit to possibly by a home in the next 2 yrs. I have some medical collections and a old credit account that was sent to collections. What is the best route to proceed? I had posted about pay-for-delete letters but was advised that collections people arent going to give that. What should I send to them? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
