Hi I'm in Texas and I have 6 paydays that went into default as of 11-23-11. I had been paying on the loans for 6 months and one of the lenders sold my information overseas and I got scammed in october. So I filed complaints with the FTC and FBI internet crime department and had to change my number and close my bank account. After I close my account, I signed up with the debt settlement company Payday Loan Debt Assistance in Miami, Florida. They are helping so far, but I am still getting collections calls from two of the lenders.

Starting at the beginning; I had a card that became past due, I contacted them, they gave me 30 days to make a minimum payment, i needed to give a good faith payment to keep it from collections and made a large payment, when i called to secure what was left they notified me that they charged it off and refused to take the payment, later receiving a letter that it had been charged off three days after they received the payment. The CA refused to make a settlement and though I put every penny into the debt more than half goes to interest every month.

I live in Idaho and have an on-line loan with e-cash-advance. I am in the process of setting up payment arrangements with my other lenders after following the steps I found on this forum. I cannot find any information on this company as to whether or not they are licensed in Idaho. They have a P.O. box located in Murray, UT, but no physical address is listed. They have a list of states that they are not allowed to make loans in, but I cannot find a list of states that they are licensed in.

Hello - I have a question. I have a checking account with Fifth Third Bank and my checking account has a negative balance. But, I need to see if Fifth Third Bank (collection department) can waived some of the fees in order me to get my account in good standing. Do you have a specific number where you can call and ask them if the can give me a settlement amount to get my account in good standing. Please reply.

I am in major debt with these payday loan online lenders. I am not sure if they are legally able to lend in Florida. Does anyone know where I can find out for sure. I did go to the FL Office of Financial Regulation to verify and no information is on the names I have searched. Does this mean they do not have a license to lend in Florida? Hello everyone! I just received (actually my g/f did cause I was working) a summons that I am being sued by Cach,LLC. I am being sued for breach of contract and common counts. I have 30 days to respond and I cant pay the amount I owe or the attorney fees, court costs they want as well. I have not been able to pay any of my creditors since last summer because I am not making what I used to make. So I have credit card debt, car loan (which I gave my car back cause I couldn't afford it anymore) and phone bill w/ AT&T. What can I do to fight this? Any information is greatly appreciated!

I am in NJ and I can tell you thatif you stop your direct deposit now they will have to cut you a live check. You get the direct deposit for the nesw account and make sure you have it set up. I found this site in March and it has helped me so much. Ameriloan and United Cash Loans are illegal and they will harass you I haven't heard from them in a while then I got a call last night and today. They proceeded to tell me I came to OK and took a loan out I told the man I never been to Ok nor have I ever professed to be from OK.

So, I got a call today from ARSI claiming that I owe them money for a judgment from AMEX. The amount claimed was $22,000 and they said it's from an account charge-off in 1999. In 1999 I was 19. It's true that a parent used (and destroyed my credit) at that time and there were many charge-offs. I've fought to have many of them removed and waited for years for my credit to recover. It did and now I've got a credit score in the high 700s,, a nice house and mortgage, and no debt.
