Hi, Has anyone had to deal with a Ramond Rudy 716-712-5501 from this number, he say's he is an investigator, doesn't say for who. He says he has a case for fradulant check activity. I had illegal online payday loans for which I closed my checking account. Not sure if this is for real or a scam....anyone have advise??

I have closed my bank account and this coming friday 6 illegal pdl companies will try to pull money from my old account.. What can I expect to happen after they are denied money? How long till they start calling my work place? Should I send them all wage assignment revoke and a seist and decist letter on contacting me by phone before all this happens? I don't care about my phone, just don't want them calling my work.. Also, If I talk to each of them on the phone and try and set up a payment plan with them do you think this will stop them from calling my work?

I had an outstanding loan in the amount of $300 with zip19. I was unable to pay so I closed my account and sent the form revoking the wage assignment to them and to my employer. I then tried to work out payment arraignments but they are refusing my offers. I am in AZ where all payday loans are illegal. They are calling me 5 times a day. I have ignored the calls but I found out today that they were calling my parents home. I didn't list them as a reference so this is highly embarrassing for me. Can I send them a C&D even though they are the original creditor?

Can you settle a debt for less with a law office? My Capital One debt was sent to a law office in the city I live in. I sent a debt validation letter and they did validate the debt. Now I'm wondering if I can settle the debt with them for less or if I am screwed and need to pay it all.

I've sent the illegal pdl letters to 3 of the 6 pdls and am wondering what I should do next. I am unable to open a new checking account now and don't know what I am supposed to do. Please if someone can give me some more advice I would greatly appreciate it. Ben

Payday Financial, LLC d/b/a Lakota Cash has filed in the Small Claims Division of the Civil Court , Cheyenne River Sioux Tribal Court to obtain a judgement for wage garnishment against me. I evidently have a court date in South Dakota on Jan 24, 2012. Not sure what I should do now? I live in Ohio and have sent them the Ohio laws regarding Online Payday loans several times with the wage/account revocation statements. Thanks for any guidance!

Is there a special form I need to send to the payday loan companies? What all do I need to include in the letter? And what does certify it mean ?

so i paid off a debt with a collector i think back in 2007 or 2008 in which they sent me a letter say my debt was paid and cleared. it was for a car loan originating honda finance. then couple years back, some collector name rpm sends me a letter to collect in which i sent them a letter saying that i've already cleared and paid, and stop harrassing me and to clear my records of this debt. never heard from them after that. then today, i've received a letter from another agency trying to collect? whats going on here? i've already paid and cleared out my debt.
