Ok, so first off I live in Illinois, I have taken out a few online pdl, I have always these on time until I noticed a national credit adjuster took out $125 out of my bank acct for no reason, so I closed my acct and opened a new one up, but I did not give these current pdl's I have my new information due to I will pay these on my terms now, besides I did get in over my head with them to where my paycheck is gone, here are my lenders Archway- 200.00 Discount advance 400.00 Pd 75.00 Cardinal mgt 200.00 pd about 300.00 just in interest Spot on loans 350.00 Ameriloan 300.00 pd 180.00 in interest

Looking for some advice. I currently have 30k in credit card debt and about 12k student loans. I was out of a job for about 6 months which caused me to fall behind as well as just general carelessness. I recently got another job and have been at it for about 2 months. Ironically it is within the financial industry. I just barely passed the extensive backround check. At my job I am responsible for selling loans, lines of credit and other bank products.

So my lawyer is MIA. He, neither my paralegal, will return emails or phonecalls. After I paid him well over $1,000 outta pocket. However... My original court date was Oct 20th. My lawyer forgot to bring my car title, so the trustee adjourned it to Nov 4th.

i found a charge on my credit report on 11/20/2011 for columbia house. never had this debt before. how do i get it taken off and put a freeze on my accounts?

....and I have no idea why as no reason was given. I was using "hakko936" as my screen name. I can't think of anything I did other than ask for help. Would someone be so kind as to explain what I did? Thanks!

If i have a checking account debt with Navyfed for over 5,000 in 2003, that was a result of identity theft, then how long can they try to collect on it.

Can Navyfed still collect on a debt from an overdrawn checking account from 2003?

Hello everyone. I just found this website yesterday and I'm hoping that it can help me with some decisions that I have to make. My story can be very long but I'll try to condense it. I lost my job in April of 2010. I was only able to find part time and lower paying jobs that had me in the negative each month. I had to use my credit cards for basics like paying utilities, car, groceries...etc. In a year I managed to rack up 17k in credit card balances. Eventually I couldn't keep up and I'm now 4 months behind on the credit cards.

hello, I have to call DCS to discuss my student loan and I would like some advise as to how to answer their questions. They sent me a letter stating that I may qualify for the federal Student loan Consolidation Program and they also included a Financial statement asking for my bank account information and my supervisor's name and number. I don't want to give this information bc I don't that its necessary. I know she will try to get as much personal information from me.

I was just wondering...has anyone had any luck with Plain Green Loans recently? I live in New Jersey. Sent all the good paperwork to them. Have replied 3 times to their generic reply letters. Any success stories??
