has anyone used western sky, cash call or american creditline?

Hi again everyone! So I have my new account, just waiting on my new bank card to come in the mail. I'm trying to work things out with the legal payday lenders regarding a payment program, and the majority of them are willing to work with me. I just don't know if I can still afford to keep up with the payments they want, and still pay my car payment, rent, and other bills etc. How do I work out a smaller payment?

my story is a bit long, i was served with a summon last year from midland funding, then an answer was filed to prevent judgement on default. then i sent a letter for validation to law office that was representing midland, but never get a reply. just few days ago i received a notice of hearing. so what should i do. and how is the SOL calculated, I live in CA so the SOL is 4 year. is it calculated from the last transaction of that original account?

i signed up with care one online and after looking at the numbers thought the dsp would be better, well, i didn't realize the fees these ppl are charging, she said it would cost probably $11k to settle all my debts at 50% I have a total of about 57k. Im like what?@!?!?!? So screw that I'm going to do it myself. However, out of my 14 cards, only 2 are past due right now, one is 101 days the other is 120, they are my 2 biggest cards, one is over 10, the other is close to 9. So my question is, do I try to bring these 2 more current and wait for the others to try to settle them?

My wife and I took out a small unsecured loan of $1100.00 in Texas, We signed a promissory note for repayment. Over the years we hve used this company off and on over the years and never been late or ever defaulted. I recently lost my job and my wife was injured at her work and recieves a fraction of her income via workermans comp./ temp. benefits.
