This is the only section I could find that was close to what I took out. I visited a local Speedy Cash in California because of a HUGE emergency that I just had to take care of. They offered me a "new" kind of loan. They could give me $2700 using my FINANCED vehicle as collateral. I am upside down on the car even though my payments are current so I was surprised they would even consider taking it as collateral but again I was desperate. It has only been one month and I CANNOT make the payment due.

I am wondering if and when anyone has received their refunds from these scumbags. If you had success, even it was just a PIF letter, please share how long it took and maybe some of your "persuasive" language that worked! and which company? I guess I'm looking for a little encouragement. Today I sent out C&D letters to collection agencies and yesterday I filed compliants with the FTC...

I receieved a call from a number that was not readable on my caller it said no number. The person left a voicemail saying there name was jennifer white and they had a complaint against me for bad checks. thing is only checks i write are for rent and none have ever bounced.. kinda strange the person said that.. she said she had a case number etc..and that it was my responisblity to respond and also she was going verfity my employment and address to serve me.

I took out 1 loans cause i recently had lost a whole bunch of money in an envelope for my rent and bills. And then three followed in my acct. I borrowed the money and would like to know if these companies are legal it took me forever to find their address cause they are not listed on their website.

Ok so I've gotten myself into a hole I should have never even thought of doing but long story short one thing lead to another and I owe 3 different online payday lenders money that has been coming out bi-weekly from my paychecks and recently my funds have gone down the drain and I have not had the money to pay them and gotten so much overdraft from my bank.

I have signed up for eCreditAttorney credit repair and will report to the forum on the progress. For a reasonable monthly fee, they are supposed to religiously hammer the credit reports/creditors with disputes that should lead to some deletions (I hope). After settling $250k in CC and $400k Foreclosure, I am now out of debt other than one business loan. However, my scores are not great. After dipping to about 475, I am up to 604 and hope to get it much higher. Feel free to check out my settlement journey over in that forum. dtm

Hello, I have a problem with a past payday loan. It is from an internet company Quick Payday loans taken June 16,2005 for $420. I just rcvd a call from a collection agency Capitol collection service (I think) they called and got my number from a family member. They said they were in the process of serving notice for a court date. It was originally taken out when I lived in NC but in the 6 years since then I have moved to FL. The individual stated they were gonna serve me with a summons and I would have to appear in the county where I once lived.

Guess I am back. With the help of this forum I dug out of the hole about 2 years ago. Little did I know my husband had taken out 3 loans that I now need to handle. My cash now borrowed borrowed 500/paid 239.80 cash direct express borrowed 60/paid 397.80 247 green street...a continuous cycle of borrowing 485 paying back 591 (he has paid over 800 in interest/charges on this one) we live in KY any advice on these lenders would be welcome

I have a question I got 2 letters from PN Financial claiming they are collecting for "First Bank of Delaware" .. Anyone have a clue to A- Who is PN Financia, and B. who the heck is First Bank of Delaware.. I know I have no outstanding credit cards or even a bank account with this institution.. Let me know .. I had a PDL with Tior Capital and now they have sent it to collection I live in KY and online PDL's are illegal in my state. I have paid them way over the amount of the loan. What can I do now that it has gone to collection.
