Do I have to pay tax if I was just for a month and I was in VISA?

Please offer advice on my proposed solution. I have several loans - some "tribal" payday loans - some valid installment loans. I sent ACH revocation letters and am closing my bank account (I did this before I realized some were valid).

Is investing in a life insurance policy a good investment? i have heard that they pay back after a certain time if there's no claim.

I stupidly took out an installment loan with check n go. I, unfortunately, cannot make payments due to job loss. I called the collections department who let me break up my recent past due amount of $314 into 3 payments. However, the next payment of $299 is due on Feb 9th and it was going to bounce. I have revoked ACH as I do not want a return fee with my bank. From what I have read on here, it will default due to me revoking ACH. The collections department said it will take some time to default.

What is the last day I can file tax without a penalty?

I just got served from Scott & Associates for Barclays Bank Delaware. We are currently in a debt settlement program, National Debt Relief, and I've already forwarded them the papers. But while I wait for their response, I'm wondering what others can tell me. What is our likelihood to not be sued without paying the full amount due? The original debt was $1800, and now it's $2200. We can't afford to pay, hence the reason we are doing debt settlement.

Heard that I can't use credit cards when I'm in a debt management plan. How will I pay for the unforeseen expenses? I don't have an emergency fund.

I currently have several payday loans that I have been paying on and can not make the monthly payments any longer.
