Can't pay in full right now, how to stop that and get them to remove from Credit Report once I do pay it off. 2. BoA CC: balance of $9000.00 they will work with me if I come up with $ 860.00 by Sept 4th. They said they won't raise the interest rate nor would they close the card per their crisis center. I have recently become unemployed, and have been looking into my finances. I recall a year ago getting a PDL to help in a pinch. What I did not realize, is that the company has not withdrawn the 200.00 balance, but instead has withdrawn $89.00 "fees" bi-weekly for a total of 25 withdrawls, or $2225.00. Is this legal? This company has just recently contacted me about an online payday loan i supposedly took out with cmg group llc. They put money in my account in the amount of $250. My 2 roomates at the time were also on the account and must have spent the extra money. Any i have this detective jefferson telling that there were 2 counts of fraud charges against me with the oakland county sherriffs dept. and that i was also being sued for a monetary amount of 1497.00. He then proceded to say they woulld settle for 832.00 and asked if i could take care of it the day he called.

Back in 2007, I took out two internet payday loans. Today, I received a voicemail from a woman telling me that my case was going to be turned over and I would be summoned for passing a bad check and breech of contract. I freaked out. I called the number back and it was for Oasis Marketing and they said they would drop everything if I paid them the $190. I did. I called the other company, United Cash Loans. I'm having trouble with a collection agency in town that refuses to verify a debt that we owe. To start she called the house with the automatic prerecorded message saying that she needed my son to call back asap. I called back because my son is only 18 he has no debts. Asked her who she needed to speak to she asked for my son again, i said why he has no debts and he's under age. She told me is he 18 i said yes, then she said he's old enough to speak to me by law. I said i don't think you understand he has no debt, then she asked to speak to my other son.

I owed some money to Wells Fargo, $650 I believe. I didn't pay due to hours cut at work, finances, etc. I received a call from a Mr. Duprey back in December was "asked" to set up arrangements on balance which with interest and fees was up to $1000. I didn't even question it since I did owe it I made arrangements of $250 for 1/31/11 and 2/15/11. I then went on maternity leave so I heard from them again in May I again was "asked" to make arrangements of $100/mth beginning in June.
