I have done all that was suggested on the forums here when dealing with Great Sky and their lackey Alliance Collections. Filed with the BBB, my state banking commission, contacted my AG for the state of MS in which they are required to be licensed. Moving forward, I then sent a registered letter to Alliance under The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act after blocking their ACH attempts. They can no longer access my account.

I got collection notices on debt that is past the SOL I've seen example letters for expired SOL, do I just send one of those out to the collection agency? And do I have to send proof? This was a cell phone account, I'm waiting on a few statements in the mail that'll help me prove the expired SOL, but it seems to me sending the statements would show I'm acknowledging the debt, which I've also heard never to do (By the way, I've already disputed the debt in my debt validation letter). So, is the proof necessary?

I have a few and last payday loans I will ever have for starters I will list them and what I have paid as soon as I get all together and accurate today. First Cash Direct I am having issues with. I have a work number that they are calling. I tried to give them my cell number which is how they can contact me at work at they wouldnt take it. Reason being I work for the government and the government phone is not for personal use and I have informed them and they say we are sorry but will continue to call it even if it jeopardizes your job.

Hi! Back in September 2010, I went to the emergency room. When the bill arrive in December, I paid it in full. I recently viewed my credit report and was appalled to discover a collection account from AllianceOne (presumeably for medical bills) in the amount of $1030. The account was posted in March. I haven't received any form of notification from the CA. No letters, no phone calls. I have moved twice in the last six months, so I'm not suprised they weren't able to contact me by mail. But not even a phone call?? This is just hitting me out of nowhere, and destroying my credit.

I have another thread going regarding Redstone but I'm adding this one to see if anyone has an address (actual or email) for them. I want to send them a revocation letter and demand for overpayment of charges but have no where to send it to. Their website only lists a phone number and nothing else. Any advice as to how to handle this tribal lender if one can only reach them by phone?

I apologize if this is in the wrong forum. On 6/27 I received a emailed Dunning letter from this office about a CashNet USA account. I know those are a payday loan company, but I don't remember if I had an account with them or not. I was in big trouble in 2008 with these companies. Well, I didn't really get it until 7/19 because I don't check this account too much. I just use it for online stuff and hadn't really done anything online in a while. (So when I get junk mail it won't go to my main account) On 7/19 I replied to the email with a debt verification.
