Should i then send them a "money order" since they do so well at taking money?

You seem to be the expert on this topic :) I have read through a lot of the posts on this site. Where is the best place to find companies that will provide a payday loan consolidation program? I make a good salary now and should be able to pay these off quickly. Thanks for any help you can provide. Mary Ellen

i am currently up to 12000 dollars in payday loan debt and i need help fast. I need to find a company or a program who can consolidate all my loans into one lump sum payment every month to help me manage better. Need assistance ASAP. I have a loan with Plain Green i have sent them letters to inform them That I knew they were illegal in my state and to stop all ach debits and etc. then I get an email stating that they do not have to go by the laws of my state and they are under the laws of the Chippewa-Cree and loans made by them are not subject to the laws of my state and they say that I am obligated to pay the full balance of my loan. What in the world do I do next ?

Well, I started the process of getting out of my PDL trap in June. Today, I got my first offer to settle for the principle amount only including a refund. They have been cooperative and I did my homework on my State's laws and pushed as aggressively as I could. Those efforts (maybe) paid off in the end. We will find out if the check arrives. This is a US lender as I don't expect anything from my offshore loans. The moral of my small story is to keep pushing and stand your ground. Don't be intimidated and DO YOUR RESEARCH. It's your money at stake here.

does anyone know whos number this is..1-888-430-6733..they said its DOC RECOVERY DEPT.they said the were going to take me to court for a loan i got in 2008..from sjm marketing...and the online payday loan i got it from does not want to talk to me from what this lady tells me..i dont have a bank account and i dont have a job,so its not like if they can get it from me.but they are callin my friend that i had used for a reference and she is freakin out.their tellin her that their going to take all of us to court.:cry:.i dont know what to do and i dont want my friend to get upset with me..is there

It has been a long road (3 years) of hard work and discipline, but I am now debt-free! I have learned so much in the past few years about debt, spending, and myself... Is there anything I can do if a creditor refuses a goodwill request? What do you do if a debt validation response is not sufficient enough? If I am wanting more information?

I am trying to find out if this company VIP Cash or Qloot is legal as an internet payday loan in the State of Tn and also the Company by the name of PayDayLoan? I currently have 2 loans with both of these and have more than paid back what I borrowed from them but they are continuously deducting fees every 2 weeks from my checking account! Hello all, I have payday loans all from the internet. I live in GA where there are strict payday loan laws and none are licensed. I have: Western Sky Four Seasons Great Sky Plain Green I am currently just paying the interest and its really killing me financially. From what I have read on here it looks like I have to abide by the laws for each state where the pdl is licensed. Can someone please help me to figure out where that is and what my next steps should be. I would like to set up payment schedules to pay off the principal. Thanks for you help.
