Has anyone heard of them? They are supposed to be representing cashnet USA and faxed our payroll dept a faky form saying they want to confirm my employment for WageGarnishment. I have an email into Cashnet and contacte FTC - I will contac legal aid if they don't stop - they said tonight will be public record.... Barbara

I just did my credit report and found these people there. I have disputed this account. Strange how it only showed up on ONE of three credit bureaus. Or not so strange since it's obviously an illegal attempt at collect goodness knows what.:shock:

I had several payday loans last year and then had fraudulent activity from a payday loan Co who I didnt authorize...to make a long story short it was a nightmare and had to close account.Now I do not give out my acct info to anyone or even use checks....a Process Server??

My son forged my husbands name on a vehicle. The vehicle got repossed. Now the credit collection agency is calling me. This has been approximately 4-6 years. We have heard nothing from the original loan until now. What can I do. They are calling our neighbors.:confused:

Hello and thanks for helping me. Today my wifes work received a phone call from a debtor i had from 2004-2005(student loans). I have paid off all my loans from the department of education, just not the school. My wife just got this job last year so there is no way this # they called is listed anywhere on the application or loan documents. Is that legal? they called someone knowing i didnt work there. I do have other questions to. One is, i never attended 2 quarters but was charged for both quarters fully.

Does anyone know who AAG is? I received a voicemail both yesterday and today from a guy named Michael Lewis who claimed he was a process server and going to be serving me paperwork within 24 hours. He was obviously not a process server, but just another debt collection employee. The number I was given to "stop the delivery of the paperwork" was 855-666-1469.

I had recently sent out a DV letter to a collection agency that had purchased one of my old payday loans. I finally received a response in the mail that was pretty much the paperwork from online and my typed name and date. Is that considered proper validation or are they required to send me more info. I don't have the letter on me, but if anyone needs the collection agency name or the payday loan name I can get it.

I am at the end of my rope. The payday loans online were EASY to get but no end in sight to get out from under them. Can you direct me on how to find out if they are legal and if I have to pay anything further to them? the names of the companies are: Kenwood CMG Group LLC US Fast Cash Mycashnow and Zip19 which I have paid back and reloaned so it made it seem more legit? I have paid so many fees because I couldn't pay the full amount so I am looking for some help:confused:

Nelly, I just received a call from Catherine Parker; 866-272-0504, stating that she is with Fifth Third Bank's legal department and that her boss is Gary Mooneyham. I asked for his email and was given: [email]bphrumpey@rabinc.com[/email]. I then asked, "so you are with the Regional Adjustment Bureau, not 5/3rd?" She said that is correct and that they are the 5/3rd legal dept. I asked her to confirm that and she repeated herself that they are the 5/3rd legal dept.
