I received a call from Global Recovery Systems stating that I need to settle this account with them and that BMG/Sandpoint Capital is the original creditor. I don't remember this and thought that I paid this already. My account was closed for other reasons and I do not currently have a bank account and they want money out of me. I don't know what to do..

Hello I am new here but have faith that this community can help me. I live in Michigan and currently have 4 internet payday loans with the following: Magnum Cash Advance Bayside Loans Integrity Payday Loans 500Fast Cash I am at the point now where the rollover and interest fees are too much and I won't be able to pay my other bills. I have read about payday loan assistance companies such as Solid Ground Financial, Destination Debt Solutions and Relief LLC who all seem like they can help me negotiate my payday loans down and get me into one monthly affordable payment.

I rec'd a call from a place that supposedly bought PDL Ventures, saying I owed them $235. If I needed extra $$, I used the credit union where I worked. I never rec'd any paperwork, e-mails or calls. But now they are threatening me with serving papers and refuse to send me any paperwork until this is paid. Is there anything I can do? (I've been out of work since 04/2009) :confused:

I took a loan out with My Cash Now about 3 -4 years ago. I sent them a letter after I found out that they cannot do business in Utah. I also put them on my bankruptcy. I got a call today from Nationwide Mediators? And they said that My Cash Now is still pursuing me and trying to take me to court. I gave the company my attorney's name and number. Can they still go after me? And do they operate under any other names? Thank you! I would appreciate a quick response. Thank you!!!!

(fka)FBDLoans/(aka)ThinkCash/(now)Plain Green($800/$1,370) From what I've read from other threads, the FBD/ThinkCash/Plain Green is a legitimate lender???

I have a judgement against me by capitol one credit card and i was wondering what they can take from me if anything? I currently own my car free and clear. i rent my apartment and don't own anything else. no assets. i don't have good credit and i needed a loan, i was wanting to get a small $1,000 loan from the bank and using my car as collateral. But of course the car is the only thing i own and need and i could not risk loosing my car. Is there any way the judgment could take my car if i ask for a small loan against it?

I just received a call (on 27 June 2011) from Allied Interstate for someone who ceased to exist in June 1994. What can I do about this? How do I get them to stop calling me and my family?

I recvd a letter from this company for a credit card from 2009. They are saying I need to contact them within 30 days. They have already froze a debt in my checking acct which I just found out about. How do I take care of this second debt that I dont even believe is mine before they try to take more money from me?
