I have a question to ask about pay day loans in GLENCOE - Alabama. Is it legal for them to deposit money in your account without your knowledge of it? I don't remember signing anything for a loan with The VIP Loan Shop. So far they have withdrew $120.00 from my account. I haven't received any e-mails, phone calls or anything. I tried calling them but no one answers the phone. Also, tried sending them e-mails. So could you please advise me on this. Yours truly, Hill2011

Ok I had a loan last year through atlas money. I filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy and had them included. Well I have heard nothing from them till today 6-27-11. A attorney so they say called me from 314-678-0985 me saying they see the chapter 7 bankruptcy but since I didn't say online loans that I am still under obiligation to them. I asked him if you have access to my chapter 7 bankruptcy please tell me who else was included. All he could tell me was one apartment and yes that apartment went as far as to court but was stopped when the bankruptcy was started.

I got a loan from these people months ago ( Nov 2010) I NEVER get any email from them to tell me the balance or that they will take what ever amount my next payday, WOULD like to pay them off, but have no POC for them, do you think I should just stop the payments and let them get hold of me then pay them off ?

I would like to know what if you are disable and liiving off S.S.I benifits of less than $650.00 a month and you don't own anything of value. Can I go to jail for this ?

I sent my debt validation letter last Thursday ( I live in Kentucky, had a illegal payday loan with paydayone that powell called and basically threatned me with). Saturday I get a letter in the mail from them saying if I do not pay this immediatley the debt will be sold to a law firm in my city to take me to criminal court or civil court. I know Paul has already said several times that this bottomfeeder will say anything to try to get paid, but is this something that they can do? Thanks in Advance.
