My mom has been diagnosed with dementia and it is progressing. She does not live with me and hasn't for over 2 years now. I am now receiving phone calls and letters from Attorneys, Henrique & Hunt looking for my mom. Someone came to our door approx 2 weeks ago wanting to serve papers and again I told him that she does not live here. Just today I received another letter from their office. As of yet, none of us kids are her 'power of attorney' or executor for her financial obligations.

For Bank of America, I know there is a bank around where I can go and pay my mom's card who has a fia card service with Bank of America, but my account is with sovereign and the only way is on line, but I prefer to pay in person. I don't like the mail, it takes too long and I closed my Sov checking account This is why I'm asking if there is a place where we can pay our Fia Card service payments that are linked to Sovereign. What to do if Nelson Hirsch & Associates Inc calls you for old loan

I have alot of credit card debt and one of the law firms that bought a debt have sent me a "Warrent to Pay", and have set a court date next month. They are demanding very large payments that I cannot afford. I live on a static income of Social Security, a small Pension, and a small Annuity. I have been exempt of paying property taxes because of low income.

I live in rhode island and took a loan with these people which has put me in a dbt cycle have i feel i have been overpaying interest and am just getting by my girlfriend got sick and we have a kid so every 2 months i have to take a loan so can keep bills still on its draining me i have been doing this for 8 months im scared of closing my account as of the reprocussions and do not no what to do

i have a storefront payday loan company calling me and threating me telling the are going to get me on check frod what can happen to me for not paying them on the loan can they presue check frod on me and if they do can i go to jail or something please help me understand this :(

This company does not operate legally, I never spoke to, signed or agreed to anything. I texted STOP on all of their text messages, and never responded to the voicemails, and placed unsubscribe on all of their emails, yet they still deposited into my bank account. I am making every effort to contact them and they do not want to talk. Thank you for the address and all the info. I went to submitt a complaint on the BBB and I didnt have the address

Hi!! Im really confused!

I have a loan for 2600 through cash call with an interest rate over 100%. My payment 320. a month for 18 months. I have paid 5 months and I currently owe more than I borrowed in the first place. I live in California and would love to be able to just pay them back the principal back with some interest. Any help would be greatly appreciated.:confused:

Received an IRS letter CP71c today! Have not heard a word from the IRS in almost 3years after attempting an offer and compromise until today. These taxes are from 1998 to 2003, all returns were filed in 2004, Im hoping they will work with me this time by removing liens so i can re-finance my home and settle for less than i owe. Is it possible they will settle for less Im not Rich
