I hit a massively tough period in my life this past fall having to take care of both my parents and made some really stupid decisions, hence the loan I pulled with Fox Enterprises. I received a letter today from a "Borland Law Firm LLC" in Marietta, GA.

I did a bill consolidation and my bank made a check for Lvnv Funding. Where do I send the check?

It was 1996 when my mobile home was repossessed in Alabama. Now many years later there is a company Alliance one trying to collect the remaining balance. It suddenly appeared on my credit report for 15, 000. What are my options?

discover is sueing me and the collection agency want triple the amount up front and monthly payments for a year thats more then i can even afford if i had that kind of money if i did i wouldn't be in this mess what should i do loosing my mind in mass.

I just found out through a credit check that i owe National Collegiate Trust, and they have assigned the loan to a CA. As i explained to the NCT CA associate that i never received any letters or phone calls about this, he verifies the mailing address to me and the apt number was completely off. Which explains why i never recieved a letter. Should i fight this, and if so, how so? They offered me to pay th einterest either in full or monthly payments, i can do either but i feel that it isn;t right since i never received anything from them. And how can i take the loan out of the CA?

I have 4 payday loans out and can't keep up with the payments and am getting behind on my other bills. I am thinking of closing my checking acct and trying to get them to agree to payment arrangements. I am in Missouri the loans are My Cash Now which is not licensed in MO and is in Anguilla so not sure how that works.

I am a 50 year old man, three times laid off since 2008. $25,000.00 in debt. I tried Debt Settlement USA in Scottsdale AZ, but that was a waste of $2100.00 and I'm worse off. I have 1 court monitored payment to Hunt & Henriques out Mono County Superior Court and a payment agreement with Leading Edge Recovery out of Chicago.I was laid off from my last job after an injury and I am disabled after that injury and trying to get either State Disability, or Workers Compensation whichever comes first. I am seriously in need of options. Help!:confused:

I borrowed 700.00 from Cash Express in TX. I have paid and paid and I cannot continue to pay these rates. I'm on Social Security Disability, I had recently changed banks and was late in paying them. They had called bank and then called me to threaten me with court if I didn't bring in $250.00 which I did. 162.00 went toward interest and when there was no accounting for the rest of the money I asked about it. I was told they kept it for doing new paperwork even though they do new paperwork every month. Ok so now they have my correct bank etc. I'm late by 3 days, they've left msg.

these ppl first contacted me in april about a pdl , i explained to them that i have never applied for or received one. they said they would send paper work . that was the last i had heard from them till 2wks ago . they have been calling my job . this mr. edmund called yesterday saying he was going to through me in jail . i was so upset . they told me to get a lawyer or pay . they had me write up a payment. plan & wanted it faxed to 206-338-1494. when i went to the bank they refused to fax it . aqnd they started looking up the numbers . they called me while i was in the bank.
