Mobiloans problems in Ohio

7 years 6 months ago
Hello All, I am still trying to deal with Mobiloans. I have already verified with my state department and the attorney generals office that they are not licensed or registered in the state where I reside, which is Ohio. I have sent numerous e-mails to them, stating this fact. They deny that they are illegal because they are a tribal lender or as their return letter states "an arm of the tribe". They did not respond to my e-mails, but rather sent me a letter stating that they would not refund me anything of my over payments.

I am a single mum with kids to take care of. I am from Pennsylvania.for the pass 5 months I have been in a financial mess, A couple of weeks ago a friend of mine told me about how hackwhitewizard... helped her by granting her an Xmas loan with a low interest rate of 3% and better repayment schedule. She also told me they can help me out of my financial situation too. I never believed her cause I have been to different Banks/loan lenders who could not help me due to my poor credit score.

Judgment Lien Removal

7 years 7 months ago
Hello, I am looking for advice regarding a lien which appears on my home's title. A little background: A number of years ago ('08/'09), I was sued for judgments by a creditor. There were two judgments issued. I settled one in 2010 with the assistance of a debt settlement company. I received a 1099-c for the second account at the end of 2011. The judgments no longer appear on my credit report, and the accounts have long since shown up on my credit report. I recently tried to get a home equity loan, and liens were placed on the title to our home.

Auto charge off and Ch 7 bankruptcy

7 years 7 months ago
I am about to file for bankruptcy, and I have a vehicle that was repo'd and charged off 2 years ago. I have another vehicle through the same lender that I only owe $3000 on. I am wanting to keep the vehicle and reaffirm, but the attorney I spoke with said it's possible the repo'd loan is tied to this loan and they could want to repo the current vehicle, or they would want the full amount of the repo'd loan in order for me to keep paying off the current vehicle. Does that sound right?
