:confused:These people have sold my account to Midland Funding and they have sent me a summons my husband is sick and we are living totally off Social Security plus a small amount of food stamps. With the increase cost of everything plus the need of additional medicines for my husbands Frontal Lobe Dementia we have no money left over at the end of the month acutally we are usually over drawn at the bank. I live in ohio and about 2 years ago took out a payday loan with magnum cash advance of about 800.00. I have been stuck every since. Now im up to 1200.00. and every 3rd pay i have to roll the loan over and end up paying about 540.00 every pay for 3 more pays. I then restart it again cant never get to the 4th and final payment. always end up behind and needin the money again feel like im in a trap and cant get out......... I am trying to pay off several payday loans. I live in Illinois. No matter how hard I try it is getting more and more difficult. The stress is killing me and I don't even like to see payday coming. In the midst of it all, I am getting calls from a man with a foreign accent being mean and telling me that he is praying for me--that if I don't pay a certain amount of money ($1500) for a loan I do not have/a company I have never heard of --then I will be in court tomorrow paying much much more.

I have several payday loans,I have closed my account and have opened a new account but at the same bank.Since I am consolidating the pdls They suggested that I close the account.Is there any way for the pdls that refuse to work with the consolidating co.to take money from my new account? Three of the pdls wont agree to work with the company.I have learned that internet pdls are illegal in my state! I am current with them but they will be returned due to closed account this week.What is the best way to try to get them to work with me?:confused:
