A collection agency called re: alleged credit card debt incurred 200-2004 in amt. of 700.00 now asking for 1200. I said I can pay $25.00 mo. based on my SS check, she said I refused to pay the debt. What can I do?

what do you do when you can"t get the infoe about the loans you have. and you want to pay them off .and at times I feel like just doing myself in but I won't do that just need help I no longer can get into aol to find out who I owe

It says on this website that payday loans are illegal in the State of Maryland but I have gotten four payday loans and I live in Maryland

Since FIA card services is KNOWN to illegally access accounts and remove money without authorization, They have also done this to my SS Disability account. Those are FEDERAL Charges!!!!!!!

This is in response to Alliance Asset Management's last correspondence supposedly substantiating the debt owed by including a copy of an electronic contract by Cash Direct Express aka GECC: Mr. Dwyer and Mr. Sanchez, I am repeating what I have already sent you in a letter dated May 2, 2011.

I have a few collections agencies that have reported debt as paid on my reports. I read that I could ask these companies to remove their entries from my reports. Has anyone tried this and succeeded? I know the original creditor's negative entry will remain. I just don't want to waste time making calls and sending letters if the CA's won't do it.... Thanks

Hello,I was hoping someone here might be able to help. I have a $2,000 account with Pinnacle Credit Services (credit card charge-off from when I was 18, ugh). Two months ago, I entered into a payment plan with them where I make payments every two weeks. I need to get a letter from them stating that I am paying off my debt so that I can qualify for Grad Plus loans. ALL I need is documentation stating the terms of the plan I agreed to ($100 every two weeks) and a record that I've made at least ONE payment. I asked for this letter when I entered into the plan and they said fine.

HELP! Im in the middle of a refi on my home & this damn judgement comes up from Palisades! from 2006! I was never sent anything to go to court... or know anything for that matter on this debt they "say" i owe! To boot... the attorneys name on the judgement is disconnected & theres not fwd info for their office at all! How in the hell do you handle something like this.... and FAST!?! Thank you!!!!

I have spent a hour trying to register on site, sorry, I have an installment loan with check n go in Cal. I got $2500 to be paid back 16 installments. The installment sched. did not match my paydays and they told me they would hold over pmt till payday, since my paydays did not match installment dates on contract. I was paying $289 2 X month. I kept asking when my last pmt was and 2 or 3 times was told in store it was end of March, Again at end of Feb. I was told verbally end of march was my last pmt because my paydays did not match intallment agreement dates.
