I have received threatening calls from an online pay day loan company IDEAL Payday loan stating that when I signed the contract that when I electronically signed the contract that I agreed that if I did not pay in full that I would be prosecuted for bank fraud? Is this possible? Where do I go from here? They are saying they are coming to "serve me". Never heard of be pre-warned of something like that?

I received a voice mail Saturday telling me to come in today to pay finance charges and late fees. I have been paying finance charges every payday for over a year. I can't afford it anymore. I got my mail from them saying my account has finally been in good standing and will now be given to USAFunds my original lenders. One month later they did not take any money from my account, the following month, which was yesterday I not only recieved a letter stating my account is on default but they also took $75 dollars out of my account.
