Make sure you know who you are deaing with. They are good at what they do . Check everything The guy i talker to when I tried to get my money back said it's only money . Hello there Today I received a threatening email from this company that I have never heard of (Arrowhead Investment) this company claimed that I owed a debt of 1000.00 to them regarding a loan that was requested by me on 6/7/2006, okay this to me was the most rediculous thing I have ever heard I know in fact that I have never requested a loan from this compnay or any company and I would deffinitely remember this amount. Hello, I was being sued by AMEX (<$3000). My case was dismissed without prejudice on 10/02/2009. I am currently trying to buy a house. I am border line approval for a specific loan (fico is 635). I need to address this AMEX issue before I can get approval for a loan. AMEX shows up on my credit report. I still get mailings from NCO Financial which now apparently handles the case. They want payment in full.
