i had my account on hold for like half the year and then when they finally took it off it was in the negative and now they are contacting my job and tryibg to take money out of my check and i was never told bout this and i never received a letter what can i do

An unwarranted termination fee from Sprint (after 8 yrs of service) ended up with many collections companies. I paid Sprint direct $125 explaning that they had told me NO termination fee would be due. They wanted $250. and have give this $125 collection to multiple agencies ending up with E R Solutions. After a brief encounter with the FCC (filed an on line complaint), Sprint agreed NO FEE due and we were done. However, the $125 has been on my credit report as a collection with ER Solutions since 1/2009. HOW DO YOU GET THEM TO REMOVE IT? thanx.

I was sued my Alan Adkins representing for Citibank, I ve been in the process of settling these accounts with a settlement company and they wouldn't agree to a settlement. I filed an answer at court and lawfirm responded that they cannot validate the debt at this time. I have status conference set for May 19, wanted to know if any knows, if the Alan adkins law firm normally appears if they are 5-6 hrs away from court filed in!

I sent letters to all payday loan companies that were not legal in my state, and to my surprise, I started to receive paid in full letters. A family member paid all of my unsecured debt and I am repaying him now at zero interest. I want to pay my bills.
