I have been harrassed for over 2 years by agencies looking for a Chad/Theresa(Teresa)Green or Theresa(Teresa) Johann. The Johann is the latest name they are looking for. I have had the same experience of them thinking I am Theresa or that I know her/or where to find her. I have had my phone number for 51/2 years. When I told a young female employee from some company that I was tired to telling these agencies that I am not the party, she implied that her company had just gotten the debt and if I would ask nicely I wouldn't have this problem.

I have been paying Lifeguard for nearly 2 1/2 years. It took over 2 years to pay them their fees. The company now seems to have disappeared, with all of the fees and not paying off the debts. What can I do legally? Who do I turn to?

I just found out the court made a judgement and 800.00 a month are going to be taken from my check on a monthly basis. Now is going to be very hard to take care of my bills and take care of my disabled husband. How can I fight this?

My husband got a call and a letter from afni about a telephone bill from Chicago IL. We live in Marietta Ohio and always have. Neither my husband or I have ever been to Chicago. The letter included a form he is supposed to fill out and mail or fax back in 3 weeks or will be turned over to collections. He is supposed to provide DOB, SS#, Drivers license #, Address, daytime and evening phone #s, copies of ID etc. Sending all this info makes me uncomfortable. What should we do?

How do I get Palisades Collection to leave me alone regarding a credit card. Now Patenaude and Felix has filed an intent to file suit again me if I do not pay. I am on disability and have been for 7 years. I tried to get the credit card company to adjust the repayment terms but they refused to do so. I have MS and also suffered a massive heart attack in Feb of 2010 and spent 6 weeks in the hospital during which time I had to be resesitated 5 times because my heart kept stopping. I know that my disability money cannot be attached by anyone with the exception of the government.

CMG GROUP deposited $150 into my account without my permission and then withdrew $45 dollars out also without my permission. I contacted my bank and they told me to contact the lender and when I did they were sending me to voicemails. What do I do at this point?
